Please find below the general terms and conditions of sale when dealing with Orion Networks. If you disagree with any point listed, please discuss this with a member of the Orion Networks team prior to placing an order.

| 2. | Shipping Fees | Delivery is charged at a basic rate of $12.00(inc GST) per order. Where large or heavy items are order, additional freight charges may be incurred, all charges will be notified to you prior to the order being fulfilled. |
| 3. | Trademarks | Through out this website there may be use of Trademarks, Logo’s, Images, or other Intellectual property. All relevant marks are the property of their respective owners. If you have any queries or concerns about the use of any particular Trademark, Logo, or image, please contact us, and we can work to resolve any conflicts early. |
| 4. | Payment for Goods | Payment for all goods is required at the time of delivery or prior to delivery. This includes:-

| 5. | Upon Delivery | All deliveries made to you, by Orion Networks must be checked upon to delivery to confirm the correct package count is received. Where there is a variance in number of packages the delivery should be rejected, and Orion Networks contacted immediately.
Where a carton being delivery has damage, the internal contents should be checked immediately, if the contents is damaged, the delivery should be rejected and Orion Networks contacted immediately. Once delivery has been accepted by your company then the contents of all packages should be checked as soon as possible the the invoice. Any variance should be notified to Orion Networks within 24 hours. Once the delivery has been accepted from the courier, and no notification received to inform Orion Networks otherwise the delivery will be confirmed as delivered in full. While Orion Networks will aim to work through any problems that may arise, the above is based on the policies of our suppliers and transport providers, and failure to follow the above guide will result in delayed or refused claims. |
| 6. | Warranty & Repairs | All product warranties are as set out by the manufacturer. If you are unsure who the warranty provider is please contact us for the contact details. Where required we will assist in warranty support, to reasonable extents.
Freight costs associated with repairs, are the responsibility of the sender. For example to return a product to Orion Networks, you are responsible for the freight, However when we are returning the product to you, we are responsible for the freight. Where an on-site warranty is offer by the manufacture, this can only be completed by the manufacture or their service agent. |
| 7. | Returns Policy | Following are the terms and conditions of the return of products to Orion Networks, please be sure you are aware of these conditions before purchasing.

| 8. | Interruption of Service | Orion networks is not liable for any interruption to service where a product is found to be faulty or in need of repair. This is the responsibility of your business to find alternate provision for services while the product is not functioning or being repaired. For some items, Orion Networks may be able to lease a temporary replacement unit at a cost, however please check before hand, by contacting us. |
| 9. | Errors and Omissions | While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information contained within this website, product brochures, advertising and other information provided by Orion Networks and our associates, errors and omissions do occur from time to time, and will be resolved as and when they are found. Where an error or omission occurs the incorrect information is void, and cannot be provided in good faith. |
